**The following steps are only if you have the Drivers installed. If you need the drivers installed please place a ticket ** * Select Printers & Scanners * Click "add a printer or scanner * A list of printers and scanners will show up. Select which Printer you want added and click "Add Device"
1. Click the windows search bar and type "Printers" and the click "Printers & Scanners" 2. Click on the Printer you would like to change the color settings on. 3. Click on "Printer Preferences" 4. Then Under "color mode" change it to B&W 5. Click "Apply" and then "OK"
