There are two ways to turn on the projector:
There are Two ways to connect to the Projector:
1. Airtame (How to use Airtame)
  1. If you don't have Airtame, IT will need to install it on your PC
  2. If you do have Airtame, you'll need to be connected to HRA Staff Wifi or be connected to Ethernet.
  3. After you open the Airtame app, you'll select the Putnam Room shown on the screen:
2. The other option to connect to the projector would be HDMI:
  1. Take the already connected HDMI cable and plug it in to the HDMI adapter on the Dock or HDMI port on your pc.
    
    (Make sure you are plugged into the Dock if you are using the Dock Adapter)
  2. After you are plugged in make sure to select the "1" input on the Epson Panel.
Sound Options
1. If you are going to use the Sound System make sure the Surface Dock or the PC you'll be using is plugged into it.
2. It will be the black AV cable.

4. If you do not or cannot use our sound system for whatever reason you can use the Airtame Audio:
Make sure to turn off the Projector when you are done!
