1. Go to the App Store (Iphone) or go to the Play Store (Android) and download the ESI eMobile App

 

 

 

2. Open the app and go to "Custom Settings"

 

 

3a. For HRA insert the following:

 

 

3b. For DD insert the following: 

 

 

3c: Clay County: Line 3: 63.135.182.92
3d: Jackson County: Line 3: 63.135.182.107 

 

4. Press "OK" and check your email that "IT" has sent you with the subject: "Login eMobile Client". (If you have not received said email contact the IT department) 

 

 

5. Scan the QR Code and it will create a login for you. 

 

 

6. Leave the SN/Domain box empty and login then create a new password.
