My Keyboard and/or Mouse Is Not Working

Is your keyboard/mouse wired?

 

  • Yes It's wired:
    1. Check that the device's USB Connection is Completely plugged in (unplug and re-plug the device).
    2. Make sure you do not have a second keyboard/mouse plugged in.
    3. Restart your computer.
    4. Try a different keyboard/mouse if accessible.
    5. Submit a ticket if above does not work.
       
  • No it's Wireless:
    1. Wireless USB Receiver/Dongle:
      1. Determine if it's your just your keyboard or your mouse or both that is not working.
      2. Make sure the switch on the bottom of the device is switched to ON.
      3. Unplug the Receiver and replug it.
      4. Replace the batteries.
      5. Restart your computer.
      6. Submit a ticket if above does not work.
    2.  Bluetooth Device Troubleshooting: 
      1. Determine if it's just your keyboard or your mouse or both that is not working.
      2. Make sure the switch on the bottom of the device is switched to ON.
      3. Click here on how to troubleshoot a Bluetooth Device.
      4. Submit a ticket if above does not work.
