Showing Department Drive in Google File Stream

To have the contents of a department drive to show up in your Google file stream (G:), do the following:

 

  1. Go to drive.google.com.
  2. On the left, click Shared with me.
  3. Select the files or folders to which you want to add a shortcut.
  4. Right click the files or folders you selected and then Add shortcut to Drive.
  5. Choose a folder.
  6. Click Add shortcut.
